About the Role
This role blends two functions that usually sit in separate departments. On one side, you support the CEO directly, managing schedules, meetings, documents and follow-ups. On the other, you own Opsuite's day-to-day social media presence, posting, engaging, and coordinating content with designers. You'll need to be equally comfortable drafting a board-ready document in the morning and replying to Instagram DMs in the afternoon.

- Prepare presentations, proposals, reports and business documents

Social Media & Content
- Plan, schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn and WhatsApp (4-5 posts per week minimum)
- Manage daily Stories and community engagement — comments and DMs answered within a defined window
- Coordinate content briefs and asset delivery with the designer and video editor
- Maintain consistency in Opsuite's brand voice and tone across every channel
Customer & Business Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide first-level support
- Follow up with prospects and partners on the CEO's behalf
- Support product demos and client engagements where needed
