About the Role
This is a growth role for someone who wants to earn well while doing work that matters. You will identify SME businesses, build relationships with owners and decision-makers, run product demonstrations and close customers. The commission structure is intentionally generous, because we want people who are motivated to build their own book of business alongside ours.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Pipeline
- Research high-potential SME prospects across target sectors in Abuja
- Build and manage a structured pipeline of businesses and decision-makers
- Reach out through calls, WhatsApp, email and digital communication channels
Engagement & Demonstrations
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and product demo sessions with business owners
- Deliver compelling product walkthroughs and live demonstrations to prospective clients
- Guide prospects through free trial activation and follow-up engagement
Relationship & Retention
- Build lasting relationships with customers from first contact through onboarding
- Track all interactions and pipeline activities using our CRM
- Gather customer feedback and operational insights for internal reporting
Growth Operations
- Meet weekly and monthly acquisition and conversion targets
- Support campaigns, activation initiatives and growth operations
- Work closely with the founders and product teams to improve the customer journey
- Maintain a strong understanding of SME operations and business technology trends
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Confident communicator; comfortable engaging business owners and executives
- Highly organised and self-motivated; able to execute without constant supervision
- Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital communication and productivity platforms
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer success or client-facing roles
- Understanding of SME operations or business software is an added advantage

Compensation Breakdown
| Fixed Monthly Base | ₦135,000 |
| Per Conversion Bonus | ₦5,000 – ₦10,000 per annual plan closed |
| Recurring Commission | 7% of customer's annual plan value, paid monthly across 12 months |
| Logistics Allowance | Paid twice monthly |
Commission is paid monthly. Profit share is subject to annual target achievement.

Compensation
₦135,000 base salary
High performers earn ₦250,000 – ₦750,000+ / month
